"A highlight of my time at Macquarie was working with a research group based in Japan. The group is developing a novel lymphatic drug delivery system that involves injecting chemotherapy directly into the lymph nodes to treat and prevent lymphatic metastasis.

As an undergrad, it was really exciting to be involved with such a project, particularly because it taught me to work and think outside of my engineering specialty. I’m now working as an engineer for Hoslab, a company that specialises in the design, construction and maintenance of medical and laboratory gases."
